To qualify for the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the following conditions must be met throughout the entire program:
You must maintain an active credit monitoring service (such as IdentityIQ, SmartCredit, Credit Hero Score, or any other monitoring service needed) with no interruptions for the full duration of the program.
Any lapse, cancellation, or failure to provide updated login information may void the guarantee.
Your My Credit Sharks account must remain active with no interruptions or missed payments.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect again. If the account is not reactivated within 24 hours, your guarantee will be voided.
Your credit utilization must not increase from the time you start the program.
Ideally, your credit utilization should remain under 30% for best results.
Any significant increase in debt or new negative accounts may affect your results and void the guarantee.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within 7 calendar days after the 90-day term is complete — weekends included.
